Hello, lovelies! Traveling has always been something I have been passionate about, and hope to do a lot once I graduate from college. There are so many amazing places on this planet and I want to see them all – but for starters, I’ve created this list of a few of them. Please enjoy and share your ideas of other traveling destinations below!
Located in southern Africa, Botswana ranks top on the list. Wildlife, nature, and breathtaking scenery galore.
- Kyoto, Japan
So obviously I want to go to Tokyo and some of the other parts of Japan as well, but the temples and shrines in Kyoto made me put this one on the list specifically.
3. Hampi, India
My obsession with Indian culture and mythology may have a thing to do with the placement of India on this list. Hampi was once one of the richest and largest cities in the world, and its current state of ruin is beautiful, I’ve heard.
- Dublin, Ireland
This one came from my love of Leap Year and cute Irish accents. #sorrynotsorry
5. Krakow, Poland
Culturally and politically significant to Poland. The central site of the Nazi Central Government during WWII. Many museums and churches to see.
- Monte-Carlo, Monaco
This place is seriously stunning. And a lot of fun 😉
I want to go to Machu Picchu so much. That’s really all I have to say about it.
- Rome, Italy
If I die before I get to see the Colosseum, I am going to kill myself. (that was a joke, everyone). What could be better than Italy, though?
Another South America location. It’s really beautiful and apparently has the “world’s most dangerous road”, which sounds pretty cool, if you ask me. It also has volcanoes, so maybe my geology class would finally pay off.
- The Philippines
7,000 islands await me. I can already feel the sand between my toes.
- 11. Taipei, Taiwan
A modern city with a huge skyscraper, lively streets, and great food.
- 12. St Petersburg, Russia
Going for the art and the mummies. Also, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood.
13. The Azores
Islands in the mid-Atlantic, great place for whale watching and volcanoes. Also, great food.
14. Paris, France
Almost forgot this one, and what a travesty! Yes, I want to go to “The City of Love”, too 🙂
Well, I am going to stop there. Did I forget one that definitely should’ve been on the list? Let me know!
